It’s such an honor to collaborate with my one of my dearest friends and incredible breath work teacher Manuela Schoepfer.

Manuela is all EARTH. Her sturdy grounded presence allows her to lead her breath work from a place that allows you to connect deeper to yourself and your Root Chakra.

My element is AIR. I enjoy tuning into empathic abilities and keep a bird perspective in what is needed in the collective field. In my Cacao Ceremonies (virtual as well as in person) I guide you through a deep medicinal journey and meditation allowing you to work WITH the meditation. Intuitively I tune into what is necessary for the group, allowing you to use your own abilities to deepen your connection with your heart.

THIS CEREMONY/WORKSHOP:
We begin with transformative Breath-work lead by Manuela and move into a divine guided Cacao Journey lead by Anna.

Make sure you have Ceremonial Cacao (you will receive a full guideline and basic recipe at signup).
I personally work with Keiths Cacao from Guatemala, but work with which ever one calls you.
