I will email you a practical guideline ahead of time (in regards to how to prepare cacao, setup your home space etc) and be there to guide you during the online ceremony to make sure you feel supported and comfortable on your individual journey.

CEREMONIAL CACAO:
Cacao has been used ceremonially for thousands of years in Central/South America.
My cacao medicine journey really started in the summer of 2018. Since then I have been working with cacao almost everyday to deepen my connection. In 2019 I went to Mexico to learn the harvesting and fermentation process and in 2020 I traveled to Guatemala where I got to walk the rainforests, sit with the beautiful cacao plants and learn directly from the indigenous Mayan tripes.
The ceremonial cacao is a beautiful doorway to connect with your heart and bring you to a deeper state of presence.
I use Keith’s 100% Ceremonial Grade Cacao from Guatemala in all my ceremonies, as I find this particular grade to have the most potent effect and delicious flavor.
Keith’s Cacao is handled by locals, who have worked with and loved the medicine through many generations.
The handling of the cacao beans are honoring the Mayan traditions and handled with love and respect from tree to block. The beans are hand peeled, fire roasted and the fruits grow naturally in the Guatemalan tropical rainforests.
