Join Baelyn Elspeth for a morning with tea.

The incredible Tea master Baelyn Elspeth of the sacred Ay^Am community space on the Wetland Los Angles, will lead us through a sacred Tea ceremony.
We will gather to drink bowls in silence as way to build a deeper connection to nature, ourselves, and each other. Cha Dao, "The Way of Tea" is a practice that comes from ancient Chinese lineage. It has been used since its discovery by the Daoists and Sages as a form of medicine and a way to cultivate awakened presence, sustaining long states of meditation. Tea is a plant teacher, a spirit of Nature, manifested through this Leaf and awakened by hot water.
